While the Chinese New Year has not being a top priority for Chanel, they have still made an attempt to celebrate it with its fans. This year, it was in the form of an online event, where they would invite their consumers to try our their Gabrielle Chanel Fragrance.
This event, taken place a week before the official date of the Chinese New Year on Weibo and WeChat, drew in a quick flow of participants.
Unfortunately though, the number of perfume samples was limited and as such the event was albeit effective, but short.
